How does the studio work?

Each session is 45 minutes long and takes place in our shared wellness suite, which holds up to 8 guests per hour. You'll move through the different therapies at your own pace, with guidance from our on-site staff. It's a self-serve model designed to be flexible, empowering, and deeply relaxing.

Each session gives you access to our full suite of wellness tools including Red Light Therapy, Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Steam Pod, Halotherapy (Salt Therapy), Essential Oil Foot Bath, Compression Recovery Boots, and Vibration Plate.

Do I need to book each therapy individually?

Nope! You book a single 45-minute session, and once inside the wellness suite, you can choose which therapies you want to experience that day. To ensure availability for all clients, members are limited to a maximum of two (45 minute) sessions per day.

Is staff available during the session?

Yes. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are on-site to help you get set up, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident using the equipment. While sessions are self-guided, you're never on your own.

How often is the wellness suite cleaned?

The cold plunge uses an ozone filter throughout the day. It is cleaned with proper cleaning products and drained regularly. The infrared sauna and all other wellness therapies are disinfected in the 15 minutes between sessions and deep cleaned once per week. The entire suite is professionally cleaned weekly and wiped down every hour between sessions.

What should I bring or wear?

We recommend bringing a clean bathing suit for the sauna, steam pod, or cold plunge, comfortable clothing for other therapies, a water bottle, and comfortable sandals or flip-flops. We provide towels and guidance on how to use each station.

This is an optional add-on for guests who want more personalized guidance. Dr. Caley Scott, a naturopathic doctor, offers a 6-month coaching program focused on holistic lifestyle support. It includes one-on-one visits, goal setting, and wellness planning. We accept only 10 coaching clients at a time to ensure a high-touch, personalized experience.

Is this a medical facility?

No. Healthstyle Holistic's Wellness Studio is a wellness center offering non-medical, self-care services. Our studio services are not diagnostic or medical in nature. Coaching is focused on lifestyle support, not treatment.
